Vodafone Launches New Own Branded Phones in Romania

Wireless carrier Vodafone Romania announced recently the launch of a series of new own branded mobile phones for the users in the country, including the Vodafone 545, the Vodafone 541 and Vodafone 540. According to the company, the first of the three handsets is a new model that can cover all the basic communication needs of users, including Internet connectivity, while the other two are models already known to customers, as they were introduced at the end of the last year.

The new Vodafone 545 launched on the carrier's airwaves in Romania comes with a good Internet experience and offers access to the mobile e-mail for all those in need of constant connectivity. Moreover, one can easily configure the email account, while viewing messages and web pages, via the integrated Opera Mini browser, on the phone's 2.2-inch QVGA display.

The Vodafone 545 has been awarded the “iF Product Design Award 2010” distinction by the international forum 'iF' and comes with an appealing design, as well as with a series of multimedia features. Among these, we can count a 1.3-megapixel photo snapper, FM radio and a music player, as well as a microSD memory card slot that supports up to 2GB of additional storage space.

The Vodafone 541 comes to the market in Romania as the most affordable touchscreen in the country. At the same time, it includes multimedia capabilities, such as a 1.3-megapixel camera with video recording capabilities, Mp3 player and FM radio. The new Vodafone 540 model is a slim device that boasts appealing multimedia features and Internet access. It includes the Opera Mini browser, a 2-megapixel photo snapper, and support for 4GB of additional storage space via microSD card slot.
