Samsung introduces a new handset which runs under its bada operating system, the Samsung Wave 723. According to the sources the new Samsung Wave 723 will introduce its new phone with a lower price tag than Samsung Wave. However, it seems that the company is not yet complete with the specifications list.

It’s a phone containing a crystal clear 3.2-inch TFT-LCD display with touch capabilities that is protected by a flip leather cover. At the same time, the new device comes with a 5-megapixel photo snapper on the back, with LED flash and a dedicated camera button, and with Samsung Apps support, in addition to packing the Social Hub solution from the handset vendor.
